**Occupational Health Manager
Hybrid
50-55k
Nottinghamshire**Due to growth and expansion our client is looking for an Occupational Health Manager to work with on a full time basis, the role will be Hybrid and
will work on average 2 days a week in the office.

The client currently work with an Occupational Health provider and looking for someone who can manage the relationship with them, in the future
the occupational health manager will decide if they use and occupational health provider or move to an in-house function.
This will be a new role for the client and they will be looking for the Occupational Health Manager to do the following:

  • Build a relationship with the current occupational health provider
  • Manage Case Reports, New Starter Medicals and Fit To Work Medicals going to the provider
  • Ensuring the occupational health provider keep to their agreed SLA's
  • Review and change (if necessary) Policies and Procedures
  • Implement an occupational health strategy
  • Health & Wellbeing programmes
  • Manager education programmes
Salary is between 50-55k pa DOE.
