Prime Talent Solutions is supporting a successful organisation based in Manchester You will be providing full support within the human resources department as an HR Advisor.

Permanent
Salary:
£26,000.00-£30,500.00 per year
Duties and Responsibilities for HR Advisor:
- Ensuring that that HR guidelines are followed.
- Providing full support, advice and guidance on all employee relations matters
- Recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Managing the staff training in liaison with the HR Manager
- HR administration to include contract, handbook, and general policy maintenance using company HR systems.
- Providing legally compliant advice
Requirements of HR Advisor:
- HR experience 2 year (preferred)
- HR Qualification / CIPD level 3 or higher is preferred
- Ability to work accurately, with strong attention to detail.
