We are looking to hire Front of House Supervisors to supervise our strong Front of House team.

We are a beautiful harbourside location with a large capacity (approximately 400 seats) with plenty going on including live music with opening hours from 8am - late (close varies depending on private events).

The job role will involve:

Managing day to day staff and ensuring opening and closing duties are fulfilled.
Training staff in how to complete their tasks to their best ability.
Ensuring all customers leave happy, dealing with complaints and motivating staff on doing a good job.
Assisting the General Manager in ensuring the business runs smoothly.
Fulfilling individual tasks based around individual skills.

Experience is required in hospitality and also supervising. This is a rewarding job in a fun and proud venue.
