Job description

The role of the Senior Fitness Coach is to provide a high-quality and exceptional experience for every member to the agreed Feel Electric standard.

The Senior Fitness Coach is expected to lead by example, demonstrating excellence in their work and setting a high standard for other Fitness Coach colleagues to follow.

In addition to delivering a 5* experience for every member, the Senior Fitness Coach is also responsible for developing and upskilling their colleagues.

This means that the Senior Fitness Coach should share their expertise and knowledge with other trainers, providing guidance and support to ensure that the team delivers quality work.

Overall, the Senior Fitness Coach is an important leader within Feel Electric, responsible for delivering an excellent experience for members and building the skills and expertise of their colleagues.

Full training will be given to become a certified EMS trainer and further training will allow you to grow your skill set and EMS knowledge. You will also be trained on our full body health scanner and additional online training is available to ensure you are continuously upskilled and up to date with the latest features.

You are passionate about all things fitness and health
You are a natural leader
You are energetic, driven and a great communicator
You are knowledgeable about health and fitness
( level 3 in personal training is necessary):
Driving license desirable.
Experience in training and developing others using coaching methodologies
You have a positive attitude and approach to helping clients and your team
You work well in a team but also love to excel individually
You want to learn new skills and continuously grow your career in a fastgrowing company
You can create excellent relationships with clients
You can bring new ideas to the table to help our business grow
You are positive
You can remain calm and composed in a fast paced evolving environment
