Job introduction:

We are seeking to appoint a Safeguarding Adult Board Administrator


The BHSAB is a statutory multi-agency partnership that is responsible for overseeing and co-ordinating local adult safeguarding arrangements under the Care Act 2014.

About the role:


This is an interesting and varied role and we are seeking someone who is motivated, able to work flexibly across multiple workstreams, and with relevant knowledge and experience of adult safeguarding.

Tasks will include
- providing an efficient and effective administrative service to the Brighton & Hove Safeguarding Adult Board
- taking and distributing minutes
- assisting in the development and co-ordination of projects and related activity


Key skills you can offer:

  • A flexible, adaptable approach to work with ability to multi task effectively according to business priorities
  • Ability to deal with confidential information tactfully and with discretion
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience in business support duties including arranging meetings, diary management.
  • Competent in working with Outlook and Microsoft Office packages
  • Ability to deal with confidential information tactfully and with discretion

  • Inputting and retrieval of data on servicebased IT system

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
