Permanent - Outskirts of Bedford

Our well established and rapidly expanding client are market leaders in the manufacturing & installing of specialised products throughout the UK.

We are pleased to be recruiting for a Project Co-Ordinator to join their team for this busy and vibrant businessbased on the outskirts of Bedford.

The Role

Work as part of the existing projects team in delivering a high level of customer service whilst maintaining contractual responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities;

Reviewing information from the sales team and supporting the projects CAD Design Team in turning this information into manufacturing drawings/schedules for the production team
Keep project timelines up to date and issue to the customer in line with contract requirements or agreed timescales with the projects or sales managers
Keeping projects up to date on customers online cloud and portalbased systems such 4projects, Oracle Aconex etc
Attending customer conference meetings and updating on project process. Completing actions from meeting and issuing actions from the meeting to other team members
Liaising with supply chain to ensure certain key suppliers are meeting their obligations
Manage all internal and external reports to ensure accuracy

Role Requirements;

A relevant project coordinator and administration background
Exceptional verbal, written, and communication skills are required
Very accurate and high attention to detail both numerically and written.
Working as part of a team but also confident to work individually
Previous experience in a construction or engineeringbased role or company would be advantageous
Exemplary English language skills
Construction Office Experience
Be confident to communicate with external clients.
Must be very familiar with Excel and other Microsoft Office software
