Are you looking to make more of a difference, be more instrumental in driving solution design as well as coaching and facilitating individual client development? Role Overview:

As a Leadership Consultant with Operational Experience, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the leadership skills and performance of our clients.

Leveraging your extensive operational experience, you will provide valuable insights, guidance, and strategies to help aspiring operations leaders navigate complex challenges, optimise their teams, and drive operational efficiency.

We are looking for strategic thinking but also very hands on in the early days.


Responsibilities:

• Utilise your operational expertise in coaching sessions to provide practical solutions and strategies for enabling more effective leadership, enhancing team dynamics, problemsolving, and decisionmaking for our clients.
• Conduct oneonone coaching sessions to empower leaders to maximise their potential and achieve personal and professional goals.
• Design and facilitate workshops and training sessions on leadership, communication, change management, and other relevant topics as required, both remote and in person.
• Monitor progress and provide ongoing feedback to ensure sustainable growth and development for our clients.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in leadership, coaching, and operational excellence.

Assist with the design and delivery of customised development programs that address specific operational and leadership challenges.
