Lead Generator - Chester, United Kingdom - St David Group

We are a property development and investment group based in Chester, focusing on the serviced accommodation sector.

We have been operating for over thirty years and due to expansion, we are looking for a dynamic lead generator, with proven experience in digital marketing, social media and web creation.

In this role, you will be expected to research and target potential offshore investment clients, generate leads and develop strategies to improve lead generation efforts.

Duties to include:

• Researching and generating leads through targeted social media and marketing campaigns.
• Plan and develop content ideas and strategies to achieve set goals in social media campaigns and marketing materials, ensuring they reach the target audience.
• Website creation, design and maintenance.
• Working with the MD in creating and distributing digital newsletters and sales brochures.
• Developing marketing products and brochures, ensuring brand communications remain high quality and consistent.
• Be responsible for the management of all social media/LinkedIn accounts, monitoring channels and conducting performance analysis.

Skills required:

• Proven track record of successful lead generation and sales.
• Experience in developing and implementing lead generation strategies, ensuring they reach the target audience.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms (minimum 2 years required).
• Experience with website creation, design and maintenance (minimum 1 year required).
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including good working knowledge of mail merges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time independently, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work under own initiative and as part of a team.
• Adaptable to change within the business needs.

Full time or part time - Salary: £28,000-32,000 (pro-rata for part time)
