Skylan has been retained by a Digital Health scale-up company that develops digital solutions for the NHS and Private Social and Healthcare providers are now seeking a Bid Writer to join their rapidly growing business.

You will receive a £50k - £60k plus an excellent benefits package.

The company is a rising star and a future success story in the digital health space in the UK and North America.

With their disruptive technology, they have recently benefited from Series A funding to accelerate their growth further. The company established in 2012 employs circa 80 staff with two UK offices.


As the Bid Writer, your duties will include the following:

• Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer
• Remotely based, responsible for researching, writing, and submitting proposals in response to requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), and other opportunities.
• Conducting thorough research on potential clients, their needs, and the competitive landscape
• Writing clear, concise, and compelling proposals that highlight strengths and address the client's specific requirements

An ideal Bid Writer will have the following skills and experience:

• Experience in Writing Bids for Public or Private Sector customers
• Proven experience as a Bid Writer or similar role, with a track record of successful bids
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with crossfunctional teams
• APMP Certified is desirable.

This new hire will be one of 15 additional hires being made in 2023 as the company strengthens its market share in the UK, North America, and the Middle East
