Who will I be working with?

What will I be involved with?

File compliance/onboarding information and carrying out identity checks
First draft of Form E's and collating of supporting documents
Preparation of Asset Schedules and comparison of Form E documents
Uploading documents to the court portal
Land Registry searches
Collating of other documents
Calls with clients/other party solicitors/counsel chambers/court
Getting quotes for single joint expert reports
Researching property particulars
General office upkeep to include liaising with facilities department
Admin in relation to case management system
Arranging meetings
Case management & outlook diary management
Possibility of attending client meeting/conferences with barristers and note taking
