Customer Liaison Executive(Aviation) - Permanent - Bournemouth - £30,000-£35,000

Shorterm Group are currently working with an Aviation client who are looking to appoint a new Customer Liaison and In-Hangar Project Manager Based at their facility on the beautiful Dorset cost in Southern England.

They operate out of two hangars and are capableof maintaining up to 8 aircraft at a time.
The company specialises in Maintenance, service and overhaul of business Jets and are constantly expanding and improving their capabilities.
As a key member of the planning team, you will be responsible for:
*Conducting internal and customer pre-input meetings
*Daily communication with engineering personnel, internal departments, and customers to ensure smooth project management and successful completion of tasks
*Coordinating with manufacturers and third parties
*Liaising with relevant outside agencies
*Hosting customer visits on site

*Deputizing for Planning Management on occasion, including: *Raising scheduled input work packs
*Listing and ordering pre-load items
*Ensuring relevant outside agencies have been booked
*Producing and issuing aircraft logbooks, certificates, and release to service documents
*Supporting the companies Commercial Department with quotations, invoicing, and technical liaison
*Handling ad-hoc travel (no more than 10% of the time)
*Any other reasonable tasks requested by the company's management team in support of business objectives
To be successful in this role, you should have:
*Business aviation or customer service experience involving high-end or high net worth customers, ideally in a technical environment
*Experience in planning/project management
*Strong communication skills and a high standard of written and spoken English
*Resilience in problem resolution
*Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
