Swift Property Services are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic applicant to join their growing team.

The role would be ideally suited to someone looking to take a first step in developing a career in the property industry, with on-the-job training provided by our experienced team of property professionals.


The role is flexible in terms of working hours and can be offered on a full time or part time basis.


The successful applicant will need good organisational skills, in order to deal effectively and efficiently with the wide variety of tasks they will be required to undertake, as well as confidence in communicating with stakeholders such as landlords, tenants and contractors.


The role will be primarily based from our busy and fast paced King Street office, however a key part of the role will involve undertaking property inspections and letting viewings at some of the over 400 properties managed by Swift Property Services.

Some of the key tasks you will be involved in are:


  • Office Administration
  • such as taking calls, arranging viewing appointments and organising contractor works at properties

Carrying out Property sales and letting viewings
-
Undertaking property condition and inventory checks - Prior to and after each letting
-
Routine property inspections- at properties across South West Wales.

Property Health and Safety management- e.g. ensuring all required property certification is logged and held on file


Job Types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Carmarthen: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Property Management: 1 year (preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
