Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to jumpstart your career in the world of car dealership?

The Business Administrator Apprentice role with vehicle finance company offers the opportunity to gain experience in a wide range of administrative tasks and customer service.

The role involves managing customer enquiries, processing orders, creating reports and managing data.


As an apprentice, your duties will include:

  • Using Excel spreadsheets
  • Taking Funder Ratebooks and converting them into usable Ratebooks for our spreadsheets
  • Using the funder websites to check prices are correct on the ratebooks
  • Managing rates on the website
  • Uploading to the website, deleting incorrect rates, marking specials rates (in stock, precurrent, latest offer and coming soon)
  • Running and managing specials from the funder and uploading them to the website
  • Working with the sales team to adjust rates

Working hours: 9:00 - 17:30 Mon-Fri (1 hour lunch break)


Salary:
£12,675 per year


Requirements:


  • Have a strong eye for detail
  • Strong excel or maths knowledge
  • Previous customer service / office experience
  • Strong and confident communication skills
  • Ability to communicate well over the phone
  • Time keeping skills
  • Strong work ethic

Job Types:
Full-time, Apprenticeship


Pay:
From £12,675.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus
