What the job entails:

As a HCA - Days, you'll be responsible for both the physical and social care of residents, helping them with activities to promote an independent and dignified life.

It is expected that the ideal HCA - Days has:

Outstanding verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptability to different shift patterns.

Conditions to meet are:

You need to be able to prepare and manage workload assignments effectively.
Be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the UK.
