Description

General Purpose:
To assist the Operations team, and ensure all products are prepared and ready for despatch to customers.


Duties include:

  • Providing production support, again as required to other departments
  • Works a flexible schedule to keep up with production demand during busy production periods
  • Keeping the machines and work area clean and tidy during the shift
  • Works cordially with team members
  • Meets production goals in terms of cycle time, quantity and quality
  • Pays constant attention to surroundings to reduce accidents and injuries
  • Any additional tasks that fall within your competency as directed by supervisors/managers

Essential skills required:


  • Previous experience in production/manufacturing environments,
  • Experience in packaging and stores work
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Attention to detail, and able to follow procedures and work instructions

Salary:
£10.52 per hour
