We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced
Account Handler to join us at our offices located in
Chafford HundreD.

Private Clients insurance and enjoy a fast-paced environment

We are looking for a bright, personable, self-motivated individual for this role. You will be working within our highly successful
Private Clients team.

With the customer at the heart of everything, going the 'extra mile' to deliver a superior customer service will be second nature to you.

We can support a blend of working between our Chafford Hundred office and your own home.


What you will be doing:


  • Assist in achieving new business targets by developing your internal and external networks to identify leads and opportunities for growth.
  • Undertake market research to establish most competitive terms available.
  • Ensure clients understand their policy and premiums are collected prior to the commencement of cover and/or in line with procedures.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders and customers.
  • Communicate information relating to the policy to add value to each customer and deliver against sales targets.
  • Attend networking events to develop own network, better understand the customer and own personal growth.

You need to bring with you:

  • Minimum two years experience in the insurance market.
  • Good sales experience and broking skills.
  • Excellent client servicing experience
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering against sales targets
  • Ability to respond to changing requirements of the business and Insurance strategies
  • CII Certified would be advantageous or willing to work towards the certification
