About the role_


We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our DreamTeam and help grow our awards as a part of the Marketing team.


As a Marketing Project Manager, you'll be responsible for lead generation from all marketing lead sources in the sales pipeline, brand awareness of the Awards Programmes and the company, and maintaining the relationship with the awards partners, sponsorsand ambassadors.

You will also be a member of the editorial board.


Members from across the organisation, including Web Development, Design, Sales and Events team, will support you with the promotion of the awards and delivery of events.


  • Job responsibilities:_
  • Produce desk top market research reports.
  • Produce and implement a marketing campaign plan.
  • Sign off marketing collateral, consulting the marketing manager when needed.
  • Set and achieve goals for lead generation based on the sales targets and the conversion rate of the marketing leads from previous years.
  • Report on the marketing campaign's performance and suggest improvements and changes to the current plan.
  • Maintain engagement with audience and customers through all channels.
  • Conduct a customer feedback survey to collect and analyse their opinion and experience with the awards.
  • Organise and deliver the partnership and sponsorship agreements as per the package deal.
  • Recruit potential partners who will help us get more visibility outside our network.
  • Develop content for downloads and PR purposes.
  • Experience and minimum requirements:_
  • At least three years of experience in a marketing role with similar responsibilities, preferably in the events industry.
  • Very strong business writing communication skills.
  • Resultdriven and proactive approach.
