A Building consultancy, that operates at the forefront of the construction industry across the UK are seeking a Building Surveyor to join their dynamic and hard working team in Leeds.


The Building Surveyors role


The Building Surveyor will be working on projects from inception to completion varying in size, across Yorkshire, collaborating with other teams within the company.

The main duties will include Schedules of condition, dilapidations, building surveys, defect diagnosis, insurance valuations and expert witness reports. Design, management and contract administration are also key areas of work on projects.


The Building Surveyor

  • Relevant Building Surveying experience
  • Building Surveying degree or masters
  • Good team player
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Hard working and driven
