About the role

Are you a passionate Junior Producer with an eye for news to create engaging content? You'll be a part of a wider team working with thought leaders and broadcasters, this role is vital in positioning our experts as industry insiders.

What you can expect day-to-day

Promote our experts to broadcasters by pitching them on relevant stories
Write and publish sharp and compelling PA Video Services news alerts
React to breaking news with alerts and interview suggestions
Operate our cameras and video editing system
Work closely with our experts to create live opportunities and recorded interviews
Support clients, before, during and after live and recorded interviews
Work with the commercial team to track engagements and assist with campaigns
Support and maintain our social media

Who you are

We're looking for someone passionate about spotting the right news stories for expert commentary, with a strong interest in national and international news.

You must have solid writing skills for punchy headlines, video editing abilities for social media, and a keenness to engage with our broadcast platform hands-on.

You will be a resilient, self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, dedicated to exceeding client expectations in the fast-paced Broadcast Media industry whilst thriving under pressure.

Desirable Experience

Experience in Media, Broadcast or related industries
Languages would be a bonus
