We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Administrator who wants to make a difference

This role is perfect for an Office Admin, Graduate or post-Apprentice looking for long-term progression and stability

Working pattern:


  • Start: 5:00 am
  • Finish: 2:00 pm
  • Monday to Friday

The role:


  • Maintain accurate inventory records by updating databases or using inventory management software.
  • Perform regular stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Monitor transportation and logistics expenses, forwarding any costsaving opportunities identified to relevant staff within the department.
  • Prepare and process transport and logistics related documentation, distributing to recipients as appropriate and in line with the process.
  • Input data related to inventory, shipments, and orders into the warehouse management system or relevant software.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Generate regular reports on operations and logistics performance to management.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or shipping errors.
  • General administration, e.g. printing, filing, scanning and copying, etc.
  • Resolve and report transportation and logistics setbacks e.g., delays, damaged goods or missing shipments.

Your profile:


  • Knowledge of inventory software/management systems.
  • Awareness of transport and logistics principles and regulations.
  • Adaptive communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable to fastpaced work environments.
  • Problemsolving and criticalthinking skills.
  • Dedication to excellent customer service (internal and external).
