The Role


The Driver is responsible for ensuring that goods are transported and delivered between our Warehouse and Port accurately and on time.

They act a brand ambassador and give excellent customer service when delivering items.


Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering customer orders and collecting stock from suppliers whilst ensuring that products are handled and stored according to GDP during transport.
  • Identify cold chain products or controlled drugs upon receipt and store them appropriately.
  • Ensure compliance with the Falsified Medicines Directive by reporting any falsified medicines.
  • Store controlled drugs according to the storage requirements specific by the Home Office.
  • Record any Customer Complaints received and forward the information to the Quality Assurance department for investigation.

  • Act as an ambassador for the business, presenting the Group in a positive way with clients, customers, and colleagues.

To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience operating in a similar role previously
  • Experience of working in a regulated environment
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • A supportive nature and good teamplaying mentality
  • Being capable of working towards KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work at pace and in a highpressured environment
