An international engineering company are looking to expand their Service Administration team.

The Sales and Service Coordinator will take primary responsibility for supporting and growing the business and delivering the best customer service experience.


You remit will be:

  • Call new and potential customers to generate leads and new business
  • Take primary responsibility for a designated area and provide support and cover for the whole team
  • Process all first line customer contact and generate job requests by relaying customer service requirements efficiently and effectively to the Field Service Team
  • Generate manual quotations for noncontract Service visits and follow up offers in a timely fashion
  • Set up all new Installations on the service system and generate the appropriate documentation for the service team
  • Generate and review all contract renewals and ensure completed on time
  • Ensure that the Service Management software systems are maintained with the correct customer information
You will require office based administrative experience or an office apprenticeship.

You will need to be customer focused combined with excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to work under minimum supervision and make the role yourown.
