Due to the nature of this role being to support the fee-earning population, you will be required to attend our Oxford office for this role.
Previous administrative or secretarial experience is essential.Typical Workload
The role will consist mainly of working through the team virtual in-tray, file open and closure, dealing with initial enquiries, organisation client documents, creating archive records and retrieving documents from storage.
The position would suit someone who is reliable, personable, flexible and confident, and someone who is very accurate and has an eye for detail.
The post holder will require experience of dealing with a busy and varied workload with an ability to remain calm under pressure.
Skills / Experience Required

- Experienced user of Word, Outlook, Excel, Nuance, Teams and Zoom;
- Good manner with clients and third parties;
