The client is a high end company who deal in the manufacturing and production of luxury high end kitchens.

They operate across the Europe and USA with a London office where this role is based.


Description

Accounts Payable (High-end furniture company) duties:

  • Coding, matching and processing purchase ledger invoices.
  • Matching invoices to purchase orders and investigating discrepancies
  • Staff expenses
  • Preparing weekly and monthly payment runs
  • Margin controls
  • Exposure to month end duties when settled

Profile

Accounts Payable (High-end furniture company) criteria:

  • 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Intermediate Excel skills (Vlookups, Pivots, Sumifs etc.)
  • A methodical and logical individual who can handle complex data sets
  • Accounting systems experience
  • Good communication skills

Job Offer

Accounts Payable (High-end furniture company) benefits:

  • Base salary up to £30,000 per annum
  • Discretionary bonus based upon company and personal performance
  • 9% Pension equating to roughly £2,500 per year
  • 28 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Study support (negotiable)
  • Core hours 10am 6pm
