We offer clients bespoke, customer-focused waste solutions across Central Scotland, whilst ensuring customer service is at the heart of all operations.


Due to continued growth and development, WRC is looking for two
Site Operatives to join our rapidly growing team and support operations at our Material Recycling Facility (MRF).

This is an exciting opportunity for hardworking and dedicated individuals looking for an
immediate start.

Role Description
Our Recycling Operative role is a full-time, permanent position based in our Inchinnan plant


Daily tasks include:

  • Manual work both indoors and outdoors
  • Assisting the safe and efficient daytoday operations of the business
  • Sorting through materials for recycling
  • General housekeeping
  • Working in a team to ensure best practice is being followed
  • Listening and performing instruction from managers
  • Strictly following all Health and Safety rules and quality management systems

Desirable Qualifications and Skills

  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent time keeping skills
  • Resilient and selfmotivated
  • Strong team player
  • Physically fit
  • A full, clean UK driving license
  • Counterbalance forklift experience
  • Experience within a commercial recycling environment is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
