About Us:
Hive Healthcare are recruiting Team Leaders to work at Twisel Lodge
- an 8 bedded residential home in Holywood for residents with Learning Disability and Complex needs.
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Team Leader for part time nights to oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential care facility, help create and maintain a caring and safe environment where the personal care and social needs of the residents are fulfilled and support the Registered Manager to develop and implement personalised care plans and individual risk assessments to meet individual needs.

Part Time Nights:
- 2x 12.25hour shifts
- 745pm8am.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support residential care staff through training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
- Manage daily operations including staff scheduling, assignments, and resident care plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and health/safety protocols.
- Encourage positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate team meetings and promote open communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and improve the quality of care provided, addressing any concerns or areas for enhancement.
Essential Requirements:
- 2 years care experience
- Knowledge of working with learning disabilities
- Senior or supervising/coordinating experience
- NISCC registration
- Good Communication skills
- GCSE Maths and English
- Level 3 Health and Social Care diploma
- Compassionate and serviceuser centred approach to care
