At New Road Education, we know that a schools rely on quality Support Staff.

We're now looking to increase our pool of Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistant we can offer to these great schools in Worthing and surrounding coastal towns.

We have a variety of positions available and will soon have September vacancies.

Being a TA/ LSA in Worthing, West Sussex is a fantastic opportunity for graduates who want to move into a career in teaching.

You will benefit from in-depth support and training from many schools, and develop your knowledge of the national curriculum.

Whilst most schools in West Sussex are accessible by public transport, there are others which are much easier to reach by car.

You could be working with students aged between 5 and 16 and guided by the SENDCO and class teachers. Successful applicants will be adaptable, passionate, friendly and able to work as part of a team.


This advert is for a temporary position, In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
