What's the role?
Are you currently working in housing management or looking for a new challenge.

Do you want to go home every day knowing you have helped change our customers lives and made a difference? If so, we have the role for you We are looking for a Scheme Officer to manage our Independent living and flexi care schemes in Watford.

You will need to deliver a high-quality intensive housing management service to meet the needs of our diverse resident group and create a safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and professionals.

What are we looking for?
You will be customer-focused, with the ability to interact empathetically with a wide variety of people. You'll have an excellent grasp of Housing and Older people's services.

A passion to deliver an excellent customer experience
The ability to work collaboratively with a range of partners
A selfstarter approach, and able to work as a team as well as alone
Knowledge of the health and social issues that affect older people
Experience In completing assessments and knowledge of safeguarding
Good IT and administrative skills
Good organisational skills
