The Role of the Sales Associate:

  • Responsible for selling the company's implantable medical devices to hospitals, clinics and physicians as appropriate.
  • Provides support, training and/or guidance during actual procedures or surgeries.
  • Accelerates revenue and market penetration for all products in the territory, while driving the development of relationships with key spine surgeon customers.
  • Conducts key marketing activities such as peertopeer spine surgeon events and visiting surgeon programs that espouse the values of foundation technologies.
  • Executes the sales plan and thoughtfully produces monthly and quarterly updates to the plan and review process.
  • Represents the company as the industry leaders by acquiring clinical competency skills with all company products.
  • Covers surgical cases, to provide the highest degree of value to surgeons and patients.
  • You will be in theatre 3 time a week.
  • Will have a mentor to help with coaching and settling into the role.

  • The area you will be covering is mostly around the Chorley & Preston area but will be expected to help out in other areas when needed.

The Ideal Person for the Sales Associate:

  • Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree;
- or:


  • Ideally looking for a sciencebased grad (Bio
  • Science has worked really well for them recently)
  • Sales experience would be ideal.
  • Ideally someone from a clinical background that is used to being in a theatre environment looking to make their first step into a commercial role.
  • Wants someone that can demonstrate that they have the drive and ability to adapt, learn and be coached.
