Role Purpose.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Training Coordinator to join our Operational Training team on a fixed term contract for 12 monthsAs a Training Coordinator, you will ultimately be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of NGNs trainingand development portfolio, whilst reporting in to the Training Manager.

You will also support our community, develop knowledge and interpersonal skills that support and encourage a culture of ownership, cross function knowledge sharing & collaboration.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and coordination of training courses
  • Manage multiple site bookings and coordinate delegates availability to attend ensuring best value for NGN
  • Ensure clear communication to delegates and training providers
  • Gather and evaluate feedback on training provided; escalate actions to ensure a culture of continuous improvement
  • Responsible for the accurate maintenance of the curriculum database and training & development records
  • Ensure timely payment of external suppliers
  • Support the Operational Team Leader to deliver the agreed training programme within budget
  • Build strong, open & transparent relationships with key internal / external stakeholders
  • Timely resolution of enquires from both internal and external stakeholders; either written, face to face or over the telephone
  • Operate in compliance with NGN policies and procedures including data protection and information security policies

  • Ability to demonstrate creativity and ambition in developing the programme over time
