An experienced Embedded Engineer (Hardware & Firmware) is needed to join our team at LM Technologies in Canary Wharf, London.

About Us


Our modules and adaptors can be found in products as diverse as life-saving medical equipment, retail point-of-sale, agricultural machinery, home coffee makers and much more.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain/update existing code repositories
  • Add new features to new and existing products based on (but not limited to) Qualcomm, Realtek and Infineon chipsets using Bluetooth and Wi-Fi
  • Design and develop electronic hardware for modules and adapters
  • RF PCB design including, routing, layout, assemble and stackup
  • Active involvement in taking LM products from the initial concept phase to production
  • Provide product technical support to customers
  • Assist with project planning and execution
  • Support in product testing and test report generation
  • Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events

Required Experience:


  • Demonstrate track record of delivering commercially viable firmware and hardware projects
  • Demonstrate thorough technical knowledge of Wi-Fi
  • Demonstrate ability to independently research and selflearn other emerging wireless technologies
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience with designing, developing and maintaining a module or adapter product portfolio
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the technical documentations related to product certification
  • Embedded C experience required

Desirable Experience:


  • Working in a Linux environment
  • Embedded C++ experience
