Responsibilities:


The primary role is to sell Winfo Solutions Automation suite and Data Analytics product solutions using a Product led approach focussed on delighting customers and End User experience.

Nurturing sales leads through to adopting and then becoming advocates through key focus on Customer and User experience.

The target markets is cross verticals Pharma, Utilities, Airlines, Telecommunications, Finance, Government, Health & life sciences and Construction. In addition, focus on key strategic partnerships to grow the Opportunities and business.

Knowledge and experience in the Oracle, AWS, Microsoft, and Technology Infrastructure market is a benefit. Capability to interact with all levels including strong capability with C-Level. Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts. Excellent written, verbal, people skills and Presentation skills.

Travel and desire to have in person meetings will be key.

Tasks and attributes


Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities which enables you to drive consistent delivery of monthly ARR and services.

Use outbound sales techniques to identify, qualify and close new opportunities. Defining and executing considered win strategies and managing the entire sales process.
Collaborate with team members in Pre Sales, Service Delivery, IT product development, Consulting services, Marketing to drive opportunities.
Learn and understand Winfo Service Delivery and Product solution capabilities and be fluent with the key value propositions.

Identify and build strong relationships with key stakeholders often at C-level, comfortable articulating value propositions, negotiating and closing deals with urgency.

When appropriate, travels to customer sites to nurture and develop sales opportunities.
Daily activities are varied and often necessitate independent thinking and judgment. You always pay attention to the detail and are vigilant in respect of CRM administration and forecasting accuracy.

A team player, you're commercially minded and fully competent in your own area of expertise, always keen to voice and listen to new ideas, learn from others and develop your prospecting, opportunity management and negotiation skills.
