We are excited to be able to announce that with new mental health transformation funding we have launched a service aimed at identifying and supporting those at risk of developing psychosis symptoms - an ARMS (At Risk Mental State) service.
This service is separate to, but under the umbrella/have close links with /of existing Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) services.
The post holder will work directly with mainstream educational providers and employers to secure education/employment opportunities for service users whilst providing on-going support.

What is Staff Bank?
Our EPUT NHS staff bank is an entity managed by the trust that hires clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals to take on shifts at our trust hospitals and community settings.
Here at EPUT we maintain our own bank of specialist staff to ensure that we are able offer safe and effective care at all times.
All our permanent staff are automatically enrolled onto the staff bank however this does not mean you have to work any additional shifts, but the option is there for you if you wish.
If you are joining our Trust in a fixed term role, please indicate on your New Starter Paperwork that you wish to join our staff bank.
The post holder will work directly with mainstream educational providers and employers to secure education/employment opportunities for service users whilst providing on-going support.
You will be able to demonstrate:
- Educated to A level or equivalent
- NVQ Level 3 (or working towards in an area relevant to post or qualification
- Certificate in IPS, Supported employment or equivalent
- Awareness of the needs of people with mental health conditions.
- An awareness of individual placement support (IPS)Model
- Experience of providing support services to people with mental health problems or other long term conditions
- Experience of planning and facilitating activities that focus on recovery and vocational skills
- Literate in IT/Computer Skills
