Description

We are looking for an experienced all rounder/multi skilled maintenance person, to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance within the Midlands area.

Skills to include Carpentry, Altro Floor laying, Painting and Decorating, Plumbing, Tiling and general maintenance duties

CSCS card or NVQ level 2 preferred

Full Clean UK driving license

Company Van provided after probation period

Some flexibility with hours and on call rota required

Must have own tools

Good customer service skills

Hourly rate negotiable and depending on experience/qualifications


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£13.50-£17.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Holidays
  • Overtime
  • Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
Gloves, Masks and Hand sanitisers are to be kept on all company vehicles for use by engineers
