SO2:
Starting salary £37,653 rising in annual increments to £38,934 pa incl LW

Full time Fixed Term/Secondment opportunity (12 months)

Hybrid working

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join the Tenancy Sustainment and Support service in supporting clients to sustain their own tenancies.

This is an ideal role for someone who has a passion to make a difference and help individuals to remain in their accommodation.

As a Tenancy Sustainment Officer you will be responsible for overseeing tenant's journeys from temporary accommodation or homelessness into their own tenancy, providing advice on their rights and obligations including entitlements to welfare benefits and dealing with any breaches in tenancies.

We are seeking an individual that can demonstrate experience of tenancy management and support, understands landlords responsibilities and obligations, has the ability to prioritise workloads and motivate people to engage, and who can work flexibly with a "can do" attitude coupled with a friendly and team-player approach.

You will be responsible for managing large and varied caseloads of often vulnerable customers who are at risk of losing their homes.

You will liaise with various departments to resolve complex housing issues.
