Job Purpose


Love the process of making great games? Do you like to help guide others through the process from concept to launch and beyond? We are looking for a motivated and experienced
Associate Executive Producer - Live to help lead and drive our game development and live services.

Our team is currently developing

Star Wars:
Hunters, which is currently in Soft launch and with a planned global launch coming in the near future


Star Wars:
Hunters is a competitive arena combat game, built using the Unreal engine, and will be available for the Nintendo Switch and mobile devices


Star Wars:

Hunters will bring players together to engage in thrilling, team-based, multiplayer battles featuring a diverse array of distinctive new Star Wars characters.


Responsibilities
On

Star Wars:

Hunters, our production team is focused both on HOW games get made but also on how we support those games as a service for our players.

Our Associate Executive Producer - Live is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Producers whose goal is to support our live product, making sure we deliver both a quality product and service.


  • Partner closely with peers in other crafts to establish, maintain, communicate the production and live service of our project
  • Work with your key reports to build an organizational structure, processes, and project plan that allow the team to provide a quality live service in support of the game
  • Tackle complex risks and problems while balancing priorities across multiple crafts and teams
  • Work collaboratively with multiple teams to proactively get results and outcomes
  • Passionately articulate goals and team principles to help form a stimulating and fun work environment and culture
  • Identifying and helping guide the team around potential hazards that come up through the normal game dev process
  • Help define and set standard processes and make sure they are communicated out across the team
  • Help the game team navigate the live cycle of the development process
  • Help build and strengthen the communication between teams and locations
  • Help foster a positive culture
  • Above all, flexibility and adaptability are key

Required Skills and Experience:


  • Experience leading and guiding multidiscipline teams through all stages of development, with at least 2 games shipped as Production Lead, Associate Executive Producer, Development Director or equivalent
  • Experience running production on a live game
  • Knowledge of and proficiency in the game development process
  • Strong experience working within Agile methodologies
  • Experience with various project management tools, including Jira
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong problemsolving skills, along with a keen attention to detail

  • Console or PC experience
