Responsibilities:


  • Demonstrate a high level of customer service.
  • Provide advice and guidance to customers on product selection.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Manage customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements.
  • Stay uptodate with product information and changes in the industry.
To work as a sales advisor you must have:

  • previous experience in customer service.
- communicative, positive and open-minded.
- self-motivated, confident and resilient.
- have good communication skills.


Salary:
£22,181.00-£24,564.00 per year
