The Supervisor plays a pivotal role in the success of our brand by effectively managing various aspects of the store's operations.
This role requires a dynamic individual who can lead and inspire a sales team, drive sales strategies, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensure smooth shop administration.
The supervisor will oversee everything from team development and sales targets to inventory control and customer service standards. The responsibilities encompass various domains, each crucial for maintaining the store's performance and upholding the brand's image.Below is an outline of the key responsibilities associated with the Supervisor role:
Key Responsibilities Description
- Team Leadership Lead and supervise the sales team, providing guidance and support for
- Sales Support Assist in implementing sales strategies, tracking progress towards goals,
- Customer Assistance Engages with customers to offer assistance, resolve inquiries, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
- Operational Oversight Ensure adherence to operational procedures, including inventory
- Shop Operations Manage and oversee daily shop operations, establish opening and closing routines, optimize shop layout and functioning for maximum
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing improvement plans.
- Reporting Compile and submit accurate reports on sales, inventory, and team performance to higher management.
- Training and Development Train new team members, provide ongoing training, and support their skill development in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Customer Service Uphold exceptional customer service standards, address customer concerns, and ensure a safe shopping environment.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining optimal inventory levels, participating in stock
- Loss Prevention Support loss prevention efforts by promoting security awareness,
