Absolute Executive Search are delighted to be partnered with this Legal 500 Firm who due to continued growth is looking for a Corporate Senior Associate Solicitor to join their team based in Kent.

The role is a varied role ranging from M&A's, commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, corporate governance, restructuring and mergers and Intellectual Property licences.


Requirements of the Role:
You will be a Corporate Solicitor with 1 to 8 years PQE.

  • Good experience of running a caseload with mínimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Experience in marketing, networking and business development activities.
Hours - Flexible/Hybrid Hours offered.


Salary:
£50k to £75k DOE
