I'm looking for:

Proficiency customising & configuring MS Dynamics (forms, entities, workflows, business rules.)
Knowledge of 'out of the box' functionality and it's limit
Knowledge of technical elements i.e custom plugins, workflows.
Handson development and troubleshooting software experience
