We are a company providing a high level of support to individuals who may have Autism, Mental Health Conditions, Learning Difficulties and other complex needs.

We have Residential and Supported Living environments that are homely, high specification and are tailored to meet the needs of the people that live there.

We are registered to support those from the age of 16 years upwards.

This role involves supporting individuals on a 2-1 and 1-1 basis. We aim to promote their independence with all aspects of her day to day life.

This can include Personal Care, Financial Support, Medication Administration, Accessing the Community, Travel Training, Positive Risk Taking, Communication, Family Contact, Nutrition and Behavioural Support.

The role also includes keeping accurate records and documentation.

You do not necessarily need to have experience as full training will be given but we are looking for people that are motivated, creative and are able to 'think outside the box', particularly in stressful situations.

We offer staff members extensive training, including an Autism Pathway, designed to not only make our staff Autism aware, but Autism intelligent.

Job Types:

Part-time hours: 35-49 per week


Salary:
£11.00-£13.00 per hour
