Job Salary: £25k-£30k


Overview of the role

What will the job involve?

  • Using content management systems to maintain and update internal programmes and databases including SAGE, etc.
  • Subcontractor onboarding, due diligence and creating subcontractor purchase orders.
  • Contribute to the improvement of process and efficiencies in Admin and throughout the wider business.
  • Managing staff birthdays, work anniversaries and leaving acknowledgements.
  • Working with external stakeholders to maintain contracts.
  • Ordering and managing ad hoc purchases and company consumables.
  • Organising and storing paperwork, documents, and computerbased information.

Who are we looking for?

  • Strong knowledge of admin systems is essential.
  • Ability to use initiative for continuous improvements.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable and supportive in a highgrowth environment
  • Ability to work to a deadline
  • Excellent communication skills
