Fleet Operations Executive
Here at Field Sales Solutions, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Fleet Operations Executive

In return we can offer you a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum plus benefits


As our Fleet Operations Executive, you will deliver a high-quality service to Internal and External clients within agreed standards and procedures.

What will you be doing as our Fleet Operations Executive?

  • Providing accurate excel, administrative & operational support.
  • Managing all fleet related queries from our field teams, accounts teams & Fleet Management company.
  • Managing all vehicle movements and recovering vehicle damage costs from drivers.
  • Assisting in the preparation and production of presentation material & feedback.
  • Communicating with the field, Head Office, client, and supplier personnel in a professional & efficient manner, ensuring relevant processes are adhered to.
  • Assisting the field team with expense queries and checking fleet invoices.
What will you need to be our Fleet Operations Executive?

  • Strong communication skills & confident telephone manner.
  • Ability to approach & resolve sensitive situations
  • Intermediate level Excel skills
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • A full clean UK driving licence
  • Live within reasonable commutable distance to Thame in Oxfordshire.
