As Student and Course Coordinator, the post-holder will have a key role in managing highly effective course and student support for a range of programmes within our professional administration team.


The role of Student and Course Coordinator manages, monitors and supports the workload of a student and course administration team, ensuring high quality and an efficient effective service from point of enrolment onwards and throughout the assessment board process to graduation.


Managing a highly productive team, you will ensure an excellent level of customer service is provided to all stakeholders and that institutional and regulatory policies and procedures are understood and consistently applied.

The post is located within a busy office environment in the Faculty of Kingston School of Art. We are a lively student-centred Faculty bringing together wide-ranging practice-based programmes across artistic professions.


The Person:

We are seeking a highly organised and self-motivated individual with experience as a higher education administrator.


We are looking for someone who will work enthusiastically and creatively and is able to analyse problems and develop innovative and workable solutions.

This is a full-time, fixed-term role until the end of July 2023, with a starting salary of £35,853 per annum.
