CareerMakers Recruitment are looking for an Administrator to join our busy client in Liverpool (L5).
The overall purpose of the role is to provide efficient and effective weighbridge management for the station, whilst also delivering key administration tasks for the Site Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently input data (daily) onto the weighbridge from vehicles collecting/delivering to the site
Ensure waste acceptance criteria is always adhered to
To undertake other weighbridge/administration duties the Site Manager may reasonably expect
Coordinate and implement office procedures
Raising of purchase orders including adding documents and recording received goods and services
Resolving all invoice/purchase order queries for the site and accounts
Ensure all weighbridge/customer queries are resolved and actioned
Use a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office & 3rd party products, and bespoke products such as data administration and document management tools and internal databases
Create and maintain electronic/paper document management, including photocopying, printing, and scanning
Prepare documents such as letters, reports, and spreadsheets
Handle queries from management, team, and customers etc
Organise housekeeping and resources
Organise and distribute post
Qualifications/Experience
Intermediate to advanced IT skills in MS office
NVQ 3/4 or equivalent, or a willingness to learn (desirable)
Experience of working as an administrator in a busy office environment
Experience with a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office & 3rd party products such as data administration, document management tools and internal databases
Familiarity with office equipment.

Working Hours:
Monday-Friday 07.30am-15.30pm
Pay rate: 10.75 £ / h
Salary:
£10.75 per hour

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
