We are seeking a Drug and Alcohol Recovery Worker to join our Pathway 4 housing team. This position is full-time (35 hours per week).
Based - Kings Court Bristol
Salary - £25,809 - £27,529
(Initial fixed term contract to end March 2024, with extension to be confirmed)
Our Drug and Alcohol Recovery Workers will work as an essential part of the Pathway 4 Housing Team in the delivery of Ara's drug and alcohol recovery service
Key responsibilities will include:
- Working with clients to enable their recovery
- Engaging with the P4 Housing Support worker team, and with the wider recovery networks in Bristol
- Supporting the delivery of recovery groups and harm reduction approaches
- Recording outcomes and measuring impact
- Taking a strengthbased approach to helping people to make a change
