Drug and Alcohol Recovery Worker
We are seeking a Drug and Alcohol Recovery Worker to join our Pathway 4 housing team. This position is full-time (35 hours per week).

Based - Kings Court Bristol

Salary - £25,809 - £27,529

(Initial fixed term contract to end March 2024, with extension to be confirmed)
Our Drug and Alcohol Recovery Workers will work as an essential part of the Pathway 4 Housing Team in the delivery of Ara's drug and alcohol recovery service

Key responsibilities will include:

Working with clients to enable their recovery
Engaging with the P4 Housing Support worker team, and with the wider recovery networks in Bristol
Supporting the delivery of recovery groups and harm reduction approaches
Recording outcomes and measuring impact
Taking a strengthbased approach to helping people to make a change
