Safeguard Call Handling Services Ltd is an established business providing _
call handling and customer support services_ to the house building industry nationally.

Due to sustained growth over several years, we are seeking new people to join our team.


The role involves:

  • Dealing with
    'out of hours' calls from homeowners, contractors, and clients in an efficient and professional manner.
  • The ability to evaluate any given situation and follow processes that will lead to a resolution.
  • Computer literacy is required, and training will be given on our bespoke platform.
Hours are open to discussion: 4-hour weekday shift starting from 4pm / 5pm // 8-hour Saturday shift: 8am-4pm / 1pm - 9pm - (_
includes Bank holidays)_

As the role is telephone based, the second stage of the interview will include a short scenario where you will respond to some incoming calls so that we can observe how effective your telephone skills are.
