This is a 30.0 hours, fixed term position for 12 months.


This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse to join our friendly team here in the practice education department.


We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to facilitate on both the WVT international nurse programme and our recently redesigned multi-professional Preceptorship programme.


They will plan, implement and evaluate training sessions to prepare and support our newly recruited international nurses for their OSCE exam and with their transition to working here in the UK.


They will, guided by national and local frameworks and supported by the Preceptorship Lead, plan and implement a robust preceptorship programme that offers and promotes a practical and supportive culture to all newly registered NMC and HCPC staff.


The post holder will be expected to work collaboratively with the wider practice education, corporate and clinical teams as well as third party representatives to ensure that the needs of the organisation are being met.


They will provide appropriate pastoral and wellbeing support to both international nurses throughout the OSCE programme and continue to support them and other newly registered professionals and those who support them in practice.
