We have an exciting new opportunity for someone to work with our Head of Development and Alumni Relations Manager to reorganise and rationalise our contacts database.
The successful applicant will have excellent IT skills and in-depth knowledge of working with a fund-raising CRM, preferably Raiser's Edge.
Main Duties:
- Working with the Head of Development and Alumni Relations Manager to identify the best format for storing constituent data to enable their work
- Reviewing the data held on individual contacts to ensure records are consistent and structured in line with the parameters agreed, restructuring information on constituent records as required
- Assess the accuracy of records and removing duplicates or incorrect information as appropriate
- Create a membership list within the database for The Ampleforth Society, in accordance with the Ampleforth Society Constitution
- Ensure that constituent records are held in a way consistent with the Data Processing Agreement between the College and the Ampleforth Society
- Liaise with Old Amplefordian Clubs and Societies to include information on key individuals on constituent records
- Identify potential donors by feeding in key information to the Head of Development
- Undertake professional training as required (including Health and Safety)
- Undertaking any reasonable requests made by the Head of Development and/or the Alumni Relations Manager, and commensurate to the role
- £8,858 pro rata salary

Ampleforth College is based in a rural location, about 18 miles north of York with limited access via public transport, therefore please ensure you are able to commute to the college before applying.

Part-time hours: 16.5 per week

£23,222.00 per year
