A quick look at the role
The Central Administrator is responsible for taking customer bookings, liaising with suppliers to ensure service delivery for Key Customers. Compilation and analysis of customer data reports to set deadlines. Dealing with Accounts Payable and ensuring accurateand timely payment to suppliers. You will also provide administrative support to all other areas within the division as and when required.


Training will be office based but beyond time will be divided between home and our Barlborough office

  • Liaising with customers and suppliers to deliver a first class service offering.
  • Preparation of customer reports.
  • Raising manual customer invoices accurately, and on a daily basis.
  • Preparation of monthly day books to ensure details of profit and loss costs are reported to enable accurate and timely period financial reporting
  • Raising, amending and confirming conveyance notes for sub contract services with pinpoint accuracy to the strict period end deadlines.
  • Addition of orders to the central system to allow accurate management reporting and timely supplier payment.
  • Input all timesheets for drivers, operatives and agency personnel for the division within the required timescales
  • Resolving Supplier invoice queries and providing detailed account reconciliation.
  • Investigation and resolution of customer invoice queries in line with the divisional standard
  • Any other reasonable adhoc duties requested by the Admin Team Leader.

Requirements:


  • Ability to manage own workload effectively and efficiently while keeping to strict deadlines
  • Great communication skills both verbally and written
  • Experienced user of Microsoft packages including advanced level Excel (Advantageous)
  • Well organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn new skills and most importantly a can do attitude.
